The 5th of July Parade!

Yesterday, a small town adjacent to us celebrated its' 150th birthday in conjunction with the 4th of July. The kids had a great time at the parade. Talk about getting "the goods". Maya and Kai were given popscicles, water bottles, pin-wheels, American flags, stickers, and lots of candy. It looked as though we had just gotten back from the circus.

Afterwards, we walked around the festival and ate yummy elephant ears. Overall it was another great day!
